The Social Enterprise Management Program (SEMP) is a transformational initiative designed to strengthen the capacity of NGOs, non-profits, and social entrepreneurs in Nigeria. Supported by the Africa-America Institute through scholarships under the Transformational Leadership Programme, SEMP equips participants with the knowledge, tools, and networks required to ensure the sustainability and impact of their organizations.


SEMP focuses on building the managerial, operational, and leadership skills of social entrepreneurs and NGOs. Through practical modules covering areas such as regulatory compliance, leadership, proposal writing, project management, fundraising, innovation, and financial management, the program empowers participants to establish credibility, scale their impact, and drive social change sustainably.
